Ordering & design

What file formats do you accept for custom logos or designs?
We work best with vector formats like .ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf because they scale without losing quality. High-resolution .png at 300dpi also works for most designs. Send what you have on WhatsApp and we'll let you know.
Can I see a sample of my jersey before I order?
We don't print physical samples for individual orders, but you'll get a live preview on the product page as you build your kit. For team orders of 10+ kits we can mock up a digital proof before you pay.
Can I make changes to my order after I place it?
Once payment is complete, production usually starts within hours, so changes can't be guaranteed. WhatsApp us immediately on +254 742 836 404 — if we haven't started printing yet we'll happily update it.
Do you do team orders or bulk discounts?
Yes — we love team orders. Drop us your team list (sizes, names, numbers) on WhatsApp and we'll send you a custom quote with bulk pricing.

Payment & delivery

What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa via STK push is our primary method. Card and PayPal options are coming soon for diaspora customers.
How do I know my order has been placed?
You'll receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order reference (e.g. CJK-XXXXXXX) the moment payment is confirmed.
Do you offer doorstep shipping?
Not yet. We deliver Kenya-wide via Pickup Mtaani — affordable, reliable agent points across Nairobi and major towns. You'll pick a stage convenient to you at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Production typically takes 3–5 business days, plus 1–2 days for Pickup Mtaani transit. So most kits land within 5–7 days of payment. We send updates by SMS and email throughout.
How do I track my order?
We send you status updates by SMS and email. You can also check progress on your profile if you registered an account, and Pickup Mtaani will SMS you when the parcel reaches the agent.

Returns & cancellations

What is your return policy?
Because every kit is custom-made for you, we don't offer general returns. If there's a manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong item, we'll always make it right — see our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Once payment is complete and printing has started, cancellation isn't possible. If you change your mind in the first 30 minutes, WhatsApp us immediately and we'll do our best.

Care & wear

How do I care for my jersey?
Cold wash on a gentle cycle, inside out. Skip the bleach and the tumble dryer — hang dry in the shade. Iron only on the reverse side, low heat. Treat it well and the print stays vibrant for years.
Will the print fade?
Our sublimation prints are dyed into the fabric — they don't peel or crack like vinyl. Following the care guide above, expect it to last as long as the jersey itself.
Are your jerseys true to size?
We follow international football jersey sizing. Use the size guide on each product page and match it to a t-shirt you already own. If unsure, size up.

Do you offer custom kits for sports teams?
Absolutely. Football, futsal, basketball, rugby, e-sports — we kit them all. Tell us what you need.
Do you ship outside Kenya?
Not yet, but we're working on it. Subscribe to the newsletter on the home page to be the first to know.
