Custom-made means made for you.

Every jersey is printed from scratch with your name, your number and your design — so general returns aren't possible. Where it's our fault, we'll always make it right.

Why we don't accept returns

Each kit is printed
just for you.

We don't hold inventory of finished personalised jerseys — we print every order from scratch with your specs: size, colours, design, name and number. Once printing starts, that kit can't be resold or reused.

Because of that, we're unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size on your end, or change of name/number after payment.

Use the size guide

Every product page links to our size assistant. Match it to a t-shirt you already own and pick a size you'll wear comfortably.

Double-check the spelling

Names, numbers, sponsor text — once printed, they're permanent. Triple-check the cart preview before you pay.

Ask before you pay

Not sure about a colour, font or design? WhatsApp us first. We'd rather answer ten questions than print the wrong kit.

When we'll always make it right

We mess up — we fix it.

Manufacturing defect

Loose stitching, ink smudges, missing prints — anything that's our fault. Send a photo within 48 hours of collection.

Wrong item delivered

If the kit you collected isn't what you ordered, we'll fix it and ship the correct one at no extra cost.
