Pick your kit, customise the name, number, size and quantity. Add it to cart and head to checkout.

At checkout, select the pickup point most convenient to you. Delivery cost is shown up front — no hidden fees.
We print and dispatch
Once your M-Pesa payment is confirmed we print, quality-check and hand the parcel to Pickup Mtaani.
Collect at your stage
You'll get an SMS from Pickup Mtaani when your parcel arrives. Show ID, collect the kit, you're done.

Collect within 3 days of arrival.
Pickup Mtaani holds your package at the agent for up to 3 days from the day it arrives. After that, parcels may be returned to the central hub and extra fees may apply. We'll send you an SMS the moment your kit is ready for collection.
